Scheduling

The vast majority of managers continue to create schedules manually.  This daunting task is time consuming and takes managers away from other areas of focus such as productivity and quality control.  When an employee is assigned a schedule, Attendance Enterprise automatically compares it to worked hours, identifying employees who are tardy, leave early, take long lunch hours or are absent.  Accurate labor forecasting, budgets, and analyze labor is generated with automated scheduling. This access to up-to-date data such as availability, preferences, and seniority within a central database is critical. Proper scheduling allows for compliance with various bodies of rules such as federal, state and local laws, union agreements, FMLA and etc. These rules are complex and not always known by the managers. Scheduling has parameter rules which automatically incorporate regulation in the scheduling process there by improving compliance.

With scheduling automation managers spend less time juggling scheduling complexities and more time motivating staff, overseeing projects and ensuring quality control.  No need to do it manually when the software can do it for you
