Remote sites and remote employees reporting their time is no longer a problem. Using a touch-tone or cellular phone, employees can clock into your time and attendance software. The employee dials into the company's computer systems and responds to recorded voice prompts by punching in numbers on the phone's keypad.
The system can be programmed to receive other types of data such as: department transfers, job or work order numbers, service performed (such as therapy units, etc.). Additionally, the system can even provide employees with their total hours, schedules and benefits.
Standard system configuration includes software and complete instructions for installation in your PC and a Multi-Line Dialogic voice card. Each line requires a dedicated phone number. Phone lines plug directly into the Dialogic voice card.
Our TMS Tele-Touch program has been designed to interact directly with Infotronics Attendance Enterprise Time and Attendance Software.
