Contacting Your TMS Support Team

Pause for a second or two and make a note about your service call. There are many reasons why your system could be down. Most of the time, it isn't our software, but we will help you anyway.  

Questions to ask yourself before calling-

1. Are all of the proper cables still in place?

2. Has anyone worked on your computer recently?

3. Have you (or IT) made changes to the network?

4. Have you rebooted your computer before calling?

5. If it is a timeclock, check power and communication lines before calling.
